Strange Discovery

"Who cares, just gives me a good time to dive" Axel smiled, falling backwards, relaxed out of the open hatch, "just get the hell out", bryan said, jumping out as well, followed by Ice.

Ma Chao watched them jump and then looked out the door "Hummm won't it hurt them to jump" he shrugged ready to jump, then stopped and ran back into the plane to find the snack cart, opening a draw he grabbed a number of packs of nuts and then jumped, as he fell he turned his back to the ground and opened a pack so that the nuts would be held against the unopened side, he started to eat the nuts as he fell. He could land as bad as anything but due to him not fighting it wouldn't kill him

IC: Bryan cut into the water beneath them like a knife, Axel used his arm to cushion the landing and Ice lightly landed ontop of the water, freezing the water he stood on.

About 100 meters away, the spinning light of a lighthouse could be seen, "Oh great, spooky lighthouse in the middle of nowere, sounds promising," Axel commented.

Ma Chao had finished his first pack of nuts and turned to see how far off the ground he was, seeing the lighthouse he span in the air and using his spear as a board he surfed off the roof of the lighthouse landing neatly on the sand he smiled and opened a new pack of nuts waiting on the others "Stupid they didn't wait really" he grinned finding a big nut in the bag

Ice grabbed the other two walking across the top of the frozen water, they reached the shore quickly, "Smartass" Bryan said sternly, grabbing a bag of peanuts from Ma chao, quickly eating them.

"Strange, this lighthouse isnt recorded... as a matter of fact, this entire area is blurred out..." Bryan claimed, checking the spectre records.

Ma Chao shrugged pulling another pack out "Anyone else want some since mr Frosty can't ask nicely" he grinned

"No, but we do need reconnaissance on this place, Ma chao, thank you so much for volunteering, after all, you do have the food to last longer alone then the rest of us" Bryan smirked, "Start with the lighthouse, and report back."

Axel sat in the sand, looking out towards the floating wreckage, "Ill check out that scrap pile, see if theres anything salvageable."

Ma Chao pulled a face "Surely the camp needs the food," he shrugged and pulled a few packs of nuts out throwing them on the ground "I'll be fine" he picked his spear up and walked off towards the lighthouse

Once there he pushed the door open "Hello?" he asked as he walked in, he looked around and turned a light on, looking around it looked as if the lighthouse had been abandoned recently

Standing before Ma chao, was a giant golden statue of a mans upper half, jetting out of a wall, looking like it was yelling at Ma Chao. underneath it, was a set of stairs leading into the darkness.


Axel, once the wreckage was reached, collected some steel wire, and semi straight sheets of metal, "This can be useful. he said, stumbling upon the black box.

Ma Chao grinned "Hummm creepy dark staircase, thats so last year" he shrugged and started to walk down it taking his time he went step by step

From all sides, a strange scratching could be heard, as if sharp metal was scraping along the walls and roof, "Chao! Report" Bryans voice chimed through a radio in Ma chao's packet.

Ma Chao picked the radio out "Spooky lighthouse, with creepy staircase Sir!" he snapped back in an army style fashion "Thats all I've found out so far" he had drawn his spear as he stepped further in

"Nothing else what found on the island, where moving in on your location, wait to regroup." Bryans voice rang in.

Ma Chao shrugged and kept moving slowly down the steps, they'd catch up if they moved at a decent pase. He looked down the stairway as he moved it has to lead somewhere he thought to himself as he took another step

The others quickly reached the lighthouse, seeing the statue as Ma chao did, "Somebbody hates himself..." Axel comented, seeing as Ma chao scouted the area already, they quickly made their way down to catch up.

The stairs let to a large underground room with thick glass walls, the ocean right outside of it, the room had controls in the center, but the walls were lined with strange objects.

Ma Chao walked into the middle of the room near the controls he still had his spear in hand and looked around the room before letting his eyes fall onto the control pannel "Wonder what this does?" he waited for the others now

The Bryan quickly entered the large room, folowed by ice, and then Axel, all three of them were covored in blood. "I thought you cleared this place out?" Bryan asked ma chao.

Ma Choa smiled "I never said anything about fighting enemies, I said I found no hostiles"

Bryan flicked off the blood in Ma chao's direction, "Careful, you dont want to stain your hair now."

Axel looked at the controls, scanning for an activation button or switch, "Nothing else to do..." HE said, hitting a large switch at the top.

Ma Chao span his spear catching the spot of blood on the blade and stood with a smile "Its not like you needed my help" he grinned "Lets see where the rabbit hole goes"

THe walls of the room burst, huntreds of tons of water crashing in from all sides. "Just perfect... you had to hit That switch didnt you?"

As the water rushed in closer, a ring around the controls, and everybody else, shot up, it was thee floor, they fired downwards in a long elevator the water crashing down, quickly gaining on them.

Ice looked up, "Any ideas? or am i gonna have to do it?"

Ma Chao smiled wildly "Yippee!!!!!" he shouted as they moved "Come on guys lets enjoy the ride, hell if we crash at the end maybe some of you will survive" he laughed lightly

Ice, hand freezing over, fired a small blast, freezing the water crashing down over them.

THe Elevator came to a screetching stop A thisk glass wall infront of them, on the other side of the wall, looked liked a hotel lobby, except there was little to no lights.

From thje shadows, somebody came out, running towards the wall franticlt banging on the wall, pleading for help. A loud shriek could be heard, as a few more shadows dropped behind the man, and scratching could be heard on the walls all around the group.

Ma Chao grinned spinning his spear and smashing the glass in one well practiced blow "New friends!" he jumped out and looked around "Oh I love what you've done with the place" he span looking around "The whole dark thing is in this year I believe" he grinned looking around

Three female bodies jumped at Ma chao, all with hooks for hands, as a male with a long range rifle fired two rounds at him.

Ice came out, as two jumped onto him, instantly freezing, Axel and vryan stepped out, back to back, Firing rounds at the ambushers on the roof.
