Skate Park

Melina skateboarded. She grabbed her board from her place in town and hopped to the skatepark. "Hell yeh!" Grinning she jumped over the side of the pool and positioning her board beneath her landing on the slope with a slight spin and running straight back up the slope at the other side. Doing 360 spins as she was in mid air. Her hair blowing softly in the wind behind her smiling as she was having fun.

Eurynome watched in admiration as he saw a girl gracefully spinning in midair on her skateboard. He picked up a skateboard to try and impress her, but ended up flying into midair and landing hard on his butt. "Ouch. Maybe I need lessons."

Melina noticed the boy that had fallen over on the board. "Shit! Are you okay!?" She shouted as she rode over towards him landing on the ground from a 360. She flipped her board up from beneath her and craddled the boy in her arms. "You should be more careful."

"I know, thanks. You were amazing. Where did you learn to do that?" he gazed at her, rubbing his butt.

Her hair fell over her face as she lent over him and sitting him up. "Self taught" She replied with a reasuring smile. "I might be able to teach you sometime if I get time, just promise you'll take it easy." Laughing she jumed up suddenly and offered a hand to him.

He took her hand. "Thank you. We don't have skateboards where I'm from. I'd like to learn. Thanks for the offer." He stood up, brushed himself off and then smiled.

"Well then I'll teach you even if it's the death of me." Melina pulled him up with her hand face to face with her. "I'm Melina. Nice to meet ya." She giggled a little holding her board tightly in her other arm

"Eurynome. You can call me E if you want. Everyone else does." he gazed at the floor and saw that the board was broken. "I guess I owe somebody a new board."

"Yeh I guess you do." Melina smiled and brushed her hair back out of her face "Look like my alone time didn't work very well either." She scratched her head and giggled a bit before sorting her jacket out making it straight again like before she got on the board.

"Sorry. I didn't know you wanted to be alone. I can leave if you want?" he turned to leave, picking up the board fragments.

Melina pulled at his arm sleeve, bringing him back close to her. "It's fine. I could use some company" Taking the board grom his hands she tosed it in the bin. "They can get a new board." She flicked her hair to the side and placed her board on a holdster that was on her back.

"You sure? Thanks. I could use some company too." he looked blankly at the floor, as if trying to remember something, then sighed.

Bourny walked into the skate pack carrying his acoustic guitar, he always loved to sit and play where there was noise and the skate park had people that could appricate his music. Sitting in a corner with a bit of a run off he sat down and slowly started to play mostly to himself

Melina tilted her head puzzled. "Whats wrong?" She lifted his head up with a reasuring smile. "You can tell me if you want."
She looked over to the person sat playing on his own. The music playing around in her ears relaxing her a little. She turned around facing him and smiled. "Nice playing."

"Thanks. I'm worriied. I havent heard word from my sister since I was banished. I just hope she's ok." he looked at her. "Sorry. I didnt want to get you all depressed."

Bourny just looked up while playing and smiled "Thanks" he continued to play without stopping while he talked, his face looked soft as he concentrated on playing, the song slowly getting faster

Melinda smiled softly towards Eurynome. "I'm sure everything will be alright, and you'll hear from her soon." She couldn't help but look over at the man who was still playing... His music was so admirable, soft and calm even as the notes quickened it felt like it was been played by a god.

Bourny looked at Melina as he played his song slowly reaching the end. Once he finished he laid the guitar next to him and leant his head against the fence while listening to the sound of the skaters he closed his eyes

Melina skipped over to him smiling. "Very nice playing" She grinned.

Bourny didn't open his eyes "Thanks," he said quietly "I've had the years to practice"

"Hmmm" She woundered. "Just like me and my skateboard?" She smiled pulling her board off her back and placing it on the floor stepping one foot on to it. "I'm pretty good y'know."

She sat near the other side of the fence, glancing around and tilted her head absently at the group of people around.

Bourny smiled "I'm more into blades" he grinned as he pointed to a pair near him his eyes still closed

ooc: Of course you can!

Melina smiled. "Awsome, I'm sticking to skateboard though. I think the last time I tried blades... I kinda broke a leg" She laughed a little tilting her head to one side and stratching it, quite embarrased

Bourny opened his eyes "You remind me of someone.." he tilted his head as he sat forward and picked his guitar up again and looked at the sky "Its rude to not view a guitar player in his face when he is playing" he said so that pheonix could hear
