Ma Chao got off his brilliant white horse feeling the soft grass under foot he moved to a big flat topped rock in the middle of the clearing. As he stepped up he bent his knees and with the assistance of his hands he jumped ontop of the rock and looked around breathing in the fresh air. He watched his loyal horse which was moving about eatting grass. Sitting down he crossed his legs and placed his hands together so that his finger tips touched, closing his eyes he soon drifted into a meditive(?) state
